The epic slap scene makes the series for me. It was Michelle's decision, the scene that received the 50 pt rating, and it dealt with the nuisance that was/is Linda. The fact that it was such a hard slap, is almost like revenge for all the bad acting we had to put up with or just fast-forwarded. The recent interviews with Linda where she's bitter about not winning the main awards, when she's still not up to par and wants to play the villain (I think for the sake of awards), makes me love that scene even more. I think Linda's the only current fa dan that Michelle's worked with and never praised (unless I've missed it), whereas she likes Niki, Tavia, Charmaine and Fala.
Also love the scene for how much rage it involved, Michelle was so in the moment that her voice seemed to crack when she was yelling at everyone. |
